Terms and Conditions:

1) The eligibility of Regent Heights Talent Stay Promotion is Qualified Professionals under (i) Government’s Top Talent Pass Scheme, (ii)Exit Endorsement for Talents, (iii)General Employment Policy (GEP), (iv)Immigration Arrangements for Non-local Graduates (IANG), (v)Technology Talent Admission Scheme (TechTAS), (vi) the Quality Migrant Admission Scheme (QMAS) and (vii) the Admission Scheme for Mainland Talents and Professionals (ASMTP);

2) The applicant shall provide an official letter/ document issued by the government authority of HKSAR within the validity period under the respective scheme to prove the eligibility of the applicant;​

3) The promotion is applicable to new licences commencing on or before 31 December 2024, subject to availability;

4) The minimum tenure shall be 6 months or above;

5) This scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers;
